APSRTC, APSRTC Krishna Pushkaralu Profits, APSRTC Krishna Pushkaralu Vijayawada Profits, APSRTC Krishna Pushkaralu Profits Losses APSRTC has got mixed results in the 12 days Krishna Pushkaralu. APSRTC-Guntur region created a record by shifting 40,16,648 people during the twelve days festival. In the 2004 Krishna Pushkaralu, 10,15,812 people travelled in APSRTC buses but now, Guntur region created a new record by transporting 40,16,648 people in the buses.

However, the corporation only managed an additional revenue of about 35 Crore while the target is 50 Crore for this 12 days. This is because, in several routes, RTC operated free buses. The corporation has operated more than 2,700 buses per day including one thousand free services.

The corporation transported more pilgrims in the Krishna Pushkaralu when compared with the Godavari Pushkaralu-2015. More than 70 lakh pilgrims in Vijayawada through the free services whereas it was about 60 lakh in Rajahmundry last year. RTC should get the major credit for easing the Traffic congestion on Vijayawada Roads for the River Festival.
