MIM Seems Karnataka like Chance in Telangana?MIM Party seems to be imagining itself in a bigger role the coming elections in Telangana. MIM National President Asaduddin Owaisi comments in the recent times asserts the same. In a meeting at Nirmal the other day, the MIM Boss went on to say that if the car belongs to them (TRS) engine belongs to us. He minced no words in saying that MIM controls the decision and policies of the Telangana government if TRS is voted to power.

Earlier Telangana caretaker Chief Minister and Telangana Rashtra Samithi Supremo K Chandrasekhar Rao also went on to say that MIM is their friendly partner and there will be only friendly contests in the seats of MIM. TRS has fielded dummy candidates in the seats of MIM strongholds while MIM has also filled it candidates in seats where TRS is strong but is facing threat from Muslims going in favour of Congress.

Owaisi also mentioned that the upcoming government in Telangana will have MIM playing a crucial role like that of in Karnataka that means Owaisi is expecting a coalition government in Telangana. MIM and Congress sailed together for a long time but then the relations soured during Kiran Kumar Reddy’s time. Later on MIM which opposed Telangana formation got close with the ruling party TRS.

MIM has 6 or 7 guaranteed seats in Telangana particularly those under Hyderabad Parliament segment. In case there is a hung situation, these 6 or 7 guaranteed seats of MIM will be extremely crucial in the formation of the next government. Earlier Akbaruddin Owaisi also mentioned that Telangana may have a chief minister of MIM if everything goes well. Never in the history of both the Telugu States, there is a hung mandate or the necessity of a coalition.
