Owaisi brothers

Hyderabad based Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) has put up remarkable performance in the just concluded Maharashtra elections. The party has won two seats in the election more than the pro-Marathi MNS of Raj Thackeray. The party’s candidates were able to win Aurangabad Central and Byculla seat in Mumbai defeating Shiv Sena and BJP nominees respectively.

MIM’s remarkable performance have caught eye balls since the party is based in Telangana and it leaders, the Owaisi brothers are notoriously famous for their hate speeches invoking communal differences in the country. Several Mumbaikars are worried about their entry in to the state. “The bastion of MIM, Old city in Hyderabad is a breeder of terrorism and we see communal riots flared up every now and them. Their entry to the state is not at all laudable. God Save this state”, opined Prakash Mehta, a resident of Mumbai.
