The political story of the Mega family has taken a new twist as it has become a hub for the political parties. Different members of the family are taking part in politics from different parties. In the last elections, the family was united as Chiranjeevi founded a party, Praja Rajyam. But after he merged it with Congress, things have changed.
Chiranjeevi’s brother Nagababu says that he will support Chiru and Congress whereas; his younger brother Pawan Kalyan has founded a new party, Janasena which has a vision of getting Congress off power. Although he is not contesting in these elections, he has shown his complete support to BJP, which effectively means that he’s from BJP.
On the other hand, Allu Arjun’s and Ram Charan Teja’s father-in-laws, Shekhar Reddy and Vishveshwar Reddy are contesting from TRS party. That put these cousins in a dilemma as to which party to support; Congress, Janasena/BJP or their in laws’ TRS. However, the mega family can be quite sure that at least one person from their family will be a successful politician this year.
