The Government-appointed Medical Board has submitted its Report to the High Court about Raghu Rama Krishanam Raju. The Medical Board seems to have tilted towards the Government’s favor while they still tried to play safe before the Court, Legal Experts Say.
“The legs of Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju were swollen and the color of his feet got changed. But it can not be ascertained that they are injuries due to Police mishandling him,” says the report summary. The word ‘Cant’ is the key here. Raghu Rama lawyers brought to the notice of the court that they suspect Government influencing the doctors.
“The fact that the Government did not allow the private doctors’ report indicates that it is trying to hide the facts,” they informed the court. The High Court directed the MP to be sent to Ramesh Hospital immediately. The High Court did not make any adverse comments on the Government-appointed medical board but at the same time gave the reprive RRR sought.
The Supreme Court is likely to hear RRR’s Bail Petition on Monday. As far as the case and the bail petition are concerned, Monday’s proceedings are likely to be the key.
