Media serious on Jagan's blackmailing!

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s comments on media during the manifesto release of the party became controversial. Jagan announced that once he becomes Chief Minister, he will be sending the files of new programmes to the High Court and Controller Auditor General. He will be incorporating their advice in the programmes. But he said once the file comes back, no body has the right to question it. He warned media houses like Eenadu that they will be put behind bars if they try to point fingers at his Government.

YS Jagan looked very disturbed on the allegations on him regarding Titanium case. However, Media is very serious on Jagan’s indirect blackmailing and thoughts to annex democracy and freedom of Press. Media will be a watchdog of democracy and has all rights to point out at government failures and corruption at any time. Some of the media groups are planning a protest on these kind of blackmailing politics. On the other side, Jagan will face the music of these statements as the elections draw closer.
