A crazy offer of CMR Shopping Mall in Siddipet let to a mass stampede where about 15 women were injured badly. According to the reports, the shopping mall had announced an insane offer of one saree 10 rupees and women rushed to the mall to avail the offer which led to the unfortunate stampede.
The shopping mall management who didn’t expect the overwhelming number of customers didn’t plan and arrange enough security to hold the huge crowd that is rushing into the mall. Due to the mass and constricted space, people suffered suffocation and couldn’t come out of the crowd which resulted in a panic where women run into each other hurting themselves.
One of the women even lost her gold chain and a cash of Rs. 6000 during the incident of the rush. The angry people are now blaming the shopping mall and are to file a case against the management holding them responsible for the carelessness.
