High Court of andhra Pradesh - JaganDespite the war of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on the Judiciary, YSR Congress continues to get adverse judgments from Andhra Pradesh High Court. The latest is that the High Court has ordered a CBI Probe into the anti-judiciary comments by the Ruling Party Leaders on various occasions.

The court asked the country’s premier investigating agency to submit a report in two months. Despite the court seriously raising concerns over the issue, neither the state government, not the CID filed cases against YSR Congress Leaders.

Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram, Deputy Chief Minister Narayana Swamy, Rajya Sabha MP Vijayasai Reddy, Lok Sabha MP Nandigam Suresh, and former MLA Aamchi Krishna Mohan are among those who have committed the offense along with scores of Party’s Social Media wing members.

The court opined that such comments will erode the faith of the people in the judiciary and will be detrimental to democracy.
