Vanteru Pratap Reddy, Congress’ candidate from Gajwel created a sensation claiming that Harish Rao has called him and asked him to ensure the defeat of his uncle KCR in the ensuing elections. Harish Rao reacted strongly on this and threatened legal action on Vanteru. TRS Leaders even registered a complaint regarding the same with the Election Commission.
KTR who is the reason for KCR sidelining Harish Rao if that happens has come in the support of the Irrigation Minister. “These are all baseless allegations. For me or Harish, it is always the family first and Politics next. We want KCR to continue as the Chief Minister at least for 15 years from now,” KTR said.
Harish Rao has vowed to defeat Vanteru in Gajwel without even the deposit. Harish is not campaigning in his Siddipet seat and has camped in Gajwel for the last few weeks campaigning for KCR. There are rumours that things are not going to be easy for KCR in the constituency this time. KCR has Farmhouse in Gajwel constituency.
