Kodela Shivaram, Son of Late Kodela Sivaprasada Rao got surrendered in a local court in Narasaraopeta earlier this morning. Shivaram filed a petition for Anticipatory Bail and the judge of the First Additional Munsif Magistrate Court granted him the anticipatory bail.
He will be released in some time as soon as the Bail Orders were received. It is known to our readers that a series of cases were filed on Kodela family as soon as YSR Congress Government came to power. Kodela, a stalwart politician in Palnadu could not bear the pressure and committed suicide.
The Former Speaker’s family alleges that all these cases are just part of the government’s Political Vendetta. TDP accuses that the government did not even permit the installation of Kodela’s statue in Narasaraopeta stating no permissions.
The officials have even destroyed the Statue Platform where the statue was supposed to be erected.
