If the ground reports emerging from Rajampeta Parliament constituency are to be believed, Kiran Kumar Reddy and his Jai Samaikyandhra Party are also helping Purandhareeswari to win. Kiran Kumar Reddy’s own constituency, Pileru falls under Rajampeta. His brother, Kishore Kumar Reddy is contesting from Pileru and he is asking voters to vote for him in MLA and MP for Purandhareeswari.
Peddireddy and Kiran Kumar Reddy are rivals from a long time. Peddireddy’s son, Midhun Reddy is contesting for Rajampeta MP from YSR Congress. So,Kiran’s group is working in favour of Purandhareeswari. If the cross voting happens, Purandhareeswari may even pull off a blinder. On the other side, she would be also facing her former Congress colleague and Union Minister Sai Pratap, who was renominated by the Congress after he rejoined the party.
