Kia Motors Plant coming up in Anantapur is gearing up to roll out the first car from the plant by February 2019. The South Korea-based company which is the fifth biggest Automobile manufacturer in the World selected AP as its home for its first ever plant in India.
The company will be making a whopping 10000 Crore investment and will provide 10000 Employment Opportunities. Besides this, 150 ancillary units will come up there and most of them belong to South Korea.
The government has identified 160 acres more for these units. The land will be allotted to these units after the companies send their proposals. Andhra Pradesh government already allotted 600 acres land to Kia Motors plant. This 160 acres is just beside the allotted land.
