Keshava Rao To Be Made the Next Vice-Chairman of Rajya Sabha?Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhara Rao is making moves to make Senior Leader, K Keshava Rao as the next Vice-Chairman of Rajya Sabha. The Post may be given to non-BJP leaders and so, KCR is keen on getting that for his man.

KCR reportedly took up this issue with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in their recent meeting. But the big question is if another Telugu person will get the Vice-Chairman post when Venkaiah Naidu is the Chairman of the Upper House.

KK was in Congress Party for a long time and later jumped into TRS. He became a confidante of CM KCR since then and was appointed as the Secretary-General of Telangana Rashtra Samithi and its chairman of national affairs, as second in command. He is nominated to Rajya Sabha in 2014 for a Six years term.
