KCR's Intelligent Move While Taking on BJP. Will It Work As Planned? The other day, Telangana Rashtra Samiti has extended its complete support to Bharat Bandh and even mobilized its rank and file to make the Bandh success. This is very much expected as BJP sprung surprise on TRS in two back to back elections.

However, it looks like KCR does not want to appear as if he is a political leader who will oppose anything and everything of BJP like Mamata Banarjee and other leaders. So, the Chief Minister wrote a letter conveying his greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of laying the foundation for the prestigious Central Vista project in New Delhi.

“I join you with a sense of pride on the occasion of laying the foundation stone for the grand project of Central Vista. The Project is long overdue, and the existing government infrastructure in the national capital is inadequate and also associated with our colonial past,” he added.

KCR wants to send a message he will be co-operating with the BJP-led Central Government on genuine issues and will fight on other issues. That will automatically add credibility to the issues which he chooses to fight. But then, the big question if is it so easy to change the public perception. In politics, especially when a leader is on backfoot, his intentions are so obvious to the people.
