Due to the heavy call volume officials increased the initial 30 lines to 60 lines. But the major issue being faced by staff managing these hot lines have been trained to take health related claims as the hot line is taken from Arogyasri helpline. They were instructed to take down every complaint and provide caller with a reference number.

CMO stated in a statement, in the days to come people can complain through SMS and Email but the staff is really puzzled on how to go about the corruption complaints. First they need to have a system to take the complaint and the time needs to be given to the accused as the investigation has to happen before confirming the charges. These key details have not been spelled on paper yet.
