With Telangana State now formed, Telangana Rashtra Samiti President K Chandra Sekhar Rao is eyeing Telugu Desam Party. With the party getting subsided in the region due to its stand on state bifurcation, KCR wants to destroy it completely in the region. A source close to TRS said to M9News, “We want to create a political vacuum in the state. Congress and TRS either with merger or alliance will be sweeping entire Telangana. He does not want any competition or opposition in the next 5 years. So KCR is concentrating on vacating TDP”.
KCR and his close aides are calling TDP MLAs personally and are inviting them to the party. He is also promising them seats even if TRS is merged or aligned with Congress. Harish Rao, KTR and Eetela Rajendra are busy in this activity from the last few days. As a part of an intelligent ploy, TRS is concentrating districts like Ranga Reddy, Mahabubnagar were settlers are in high numbers. TDP is banking on areas where settlers are high this time. Attacking those areas will mean that TDP and its cadre will be demoralized.
Chevella MLA KS Ratnam, Thandoor MLA Mahender Reddy and MLC Narendra Reddy all from TDP will be joining TRS in couple of days. More TDP MLAs and important leaders will be boarding car very soon.
