Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is feeling envy of his Andhra Pradesh Counterpart Chandrababu Naidu for TDP’s Sensational Victory in Nandhyal. “This is a victory every party would like before the Assembly. The win coming in an Opposition Stronghold makes it even special,” KCR told to his cabinet colleagues.
Sources say that KCR wants a similar kick for TRS as well. He wants to go for a by-election in Congress stronghold districts like Nalgonda or Mahabubnagar. The plan is to have Nalgonda MP Gutha Sukender Reddy to resign and go for by-election there.
The Pink Party President feels that victory there will write off the main opposition party and will bring the much-needed push to Telangana Rashtra Samiti ahead of 2019 elections. Mahabubnagar MLA Srinivas Goud also offered to resign and contest in the by-elections.
The final decision about that will happen very soon. But then, such time pass elections will also mean that unnecessary waste of People’s money and time. On the other side, Opposition parties will fancy there chances if the elections really come.
