KCR To Make the Last Attempt to Convince Modi for Snap PollsAfter saying there is no use with the Snap Polls the other day, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao seems to be still keen on having them. He has called for a meeting of all the MLAs and MPs in Pragathi Bhavan later this evening.

He will be flying to Delhi later tonight and will sit with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. KCR has been in talks with Modi to convince him to co-operate with TRS in ensuring the Polls in November along with Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chattisgarh.

Modi wants an alliance with TRS in that case but KCR has been committing only for a Post-Poll alliance as a Pre-Poll alliance will polarize the minorities towards the Congress. This is his last attempt to convince the Prime Minister.

KCR has met the Prime Minister four times in the last Three months or so and this is his Second Meeting with Modi in the last Twenty Days. KTR also got to meet the Prime Minister during this Period which reveals the intensity of the talks between both the parties ever since TDP has walked out of the NDA.
