TRS Working President K Taraka Ramarao met Andhra Pradesh Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy earlier this month at his Lotus Pond Residence in Hyderabad and invited him to the Federal Front. Addressing the media afterward, KTR went on to say that KCR will very soon meet Jagan in Andhra Pradesh and invite him formally.
Earlier it was planned to have this meeting in Kadapa to avoid intelligence issues of the Government but now it may happen in Amaravati. Jagan’s new office cum Residence is nearing completion in Amaravati. The House Warming Function is being planned on 14th February. Jagan is planning to invite KCR for this.
After the event, the meeting will follow. Interestingly, this event will come a day after the proposed Dharma Porata Deeksha in Amaravati. More than 20 political parties across the nation are going to attend the public meeting. There are several assumptions about the effect of TRS – YSR Congress friendship.
Even a major section of YSR Congress feels that it is a grave mistake taking TRS side but then it looks like Jagan thinks otherwise. It is also interesting to see if KCR will make the announcement of the Return Gift he promised for Chandrababu Naidu after the Telangana Elections.
