Telangana EAMCET-2 Question Paper Leak Controversy has become a sensation of sort in the state politics. CID has confirmed the leak and is in the process of making arrests. Telangana government will now decide if the test had to be cancelled or not. Students and parents who have got good ranks are worried about facing another test for no fault of them.
On the other side, it has to be seen who will be made responsible for the leak. Consultants and officials have to take the responsibility, ruling party leaders opine. But opposition leaders are demanding that concerned ministers – Lakshma Reddy and Kadiyam Srihari are to be sacked for this.
On the other side, there are rumours that higher education council Chairman, Papireddy or EAMCET convenor, Ramana Rao may be sacked. If some big fish is not sacked, it will bring lot of damage to TRS image, political experts say. Decades back, when 10th Class Examination paper got leaked, the then CM, NT Rama Rao sacked the then Educational Minister for that. Can KCR do an NTR now?
