Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu despite not so satisfactory help from the central government, invited the Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Amaravati and make him lay the foundation stone for the India’s 21st Century capital. Naidu’s Telangana counterpart, K Chandrasekhar Rao seem to be taking a cue from that.
KCR do not have the best of the relations with the Prime Minister but is now planning to mend it in the best interests of the state. KCR who is not meeting the PM for a long time, is going to meet him after Niti Aayog meeting today.
TRS sources say very soon the Chief Minister wants to invite Modi to inaugurate some prestigious project in the state just like Amaravati Foundation and remain in his good books. There are speculations that TRS may join NDA government early next year.
