Telangana Government seems to be hellbent on not allowing Congress MLAs Komatireddy and Sampath in to the State Assembly. It is known to our readers that their memberships were suspended on the grounds of indiscipline.
High Court Single bench ruled in their favour and asked the Speaker to overturn their suspension but the Speaker is not obliging the court order. After a couple of warnings from the court, the government appealed before the High Court Division Bench.
The Government has brought in Former Union Attorney General to argue their case. The Bench kept the order of the Single Bench in abeyance for two months. If at all KCR dissolves the Assembly the next month, he will successfully prevent both of them back in the house. The Congress MLAs may now approach the Supreme Court.
