KCR Surprises With Offense When Expecting Defense

KCR Surprises With Offense When Expecting DefenseThe buzz about Telangana cabinet expansion is getting intensified day by day. Political circles say we are very near to the big day. Meanwhile, there are many speculations about who will be into the cabinet and who will be out. However, we hear that two names are almost confirmed for the induction.

Sattupalli MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah and KCR’s Daughter, MLC Kavitha are said to be the confirmed picks. Veeraiah, a three-time MLA from Khammam facilitated the merger of TDP (TS) into TRS. Kavitha who lost in the Parliament elections recently won as an MLC.

KCR will come under severe criticism for inducting another family member into the cabinet but the Chief Minister is not worried. This comes as a surprise because KCR was supposed to defensive with hints of anti-incumbency and BJP rising in the state.

We are hearing that there were a couple of other inductions as well but the names are likely to be suspense until the last minute. Along with the changes in the cabinet, we may see a shuffle in the Chief Minister’s Office staff as well. KCR last expanded his cabinet in September 2019.
