Telangana Rashtra Samiti from 2009 to 2014 is known for stalling the proceedings of the state Assembly and Parliament with Telangana Demand. Telangana CM KCR himself used to be in the well of Parliament stalling the proceedings. But then now in power, KCR do not want that happen to his government.
Telangana government has proposed suspension of members whoever comes to the well in the next session of Assembly from 16th of this month. Member who comes to well for the first time will be suspended for one day, If he/she comes twice, One week suspension and if it is repeated thrice, the member will be suspended for the entire session.
TRS had made this proposal to the Speaker and it will be discussed in the BAC meeting. Opposition Leaders who came to know about this proposal through the media are seething in anger and are referring to KCR’s logjam in Parliament and TRS MLAs’ in Assembly.
But then the ruling party says everything is good for attaining the state and the same can not be applicable for other issues now. So, the issues of farmers and various problems plaguing different sections of the people are not significant, the opposition asks. But who will answer? Keeping aside those logics, hope the Assembly indulge in some constructive discussion.
