chandrababu-naidu-helps-kcr-telangana-secretariatTelangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is in a hurry to begin the construction of the new secretariat. The state government is planning to shift the Telangana Secretariat in the last week of November to Boorgula Rama Krishna Bhavan and other government buildings. The construction of the new secretariat will begin from December.

The state government wants to ensure its completion within a year. But then, it will all depend on how Andhra Pradesh government co-operate in giving back the secretariat buildings in Hyderabad. Reports are coming in that Naidu is bargaining for land to AP Bhavan in Hyderabad and Telangana’s cooperation in sharing of assets of the institutions listed in the 10th Schedule.

So, KCR will be in a tight spot there. On the other side, it is said that Telangana government is ready to offer the Manoranjan Complex beside the Exhibition Grounds in Nampally to the AP government in lieu of its Secretariat blocks. KCR government has taken up this new secretariat as the current buildings have serious Vaastu defects and also for administration convenience.
