KCR-gets-Bomb-Blast-VictimsVictims and families of Gokul Chat and Lumbini Park Bomb blasts have arrived at CM’s Camp Office in Hyderabad to air their greviances. The victims alleged that they are yet to get the full compensation for the damages and loss they incurred in these blasts several years ago.

But the Chief Minister refused to meet them. Police have stopped them stating that they do not have the CM’s appointment and when they resisted, they were taken in to Police custody. At least 42 people were reported to have died in the two bombings and at least 54 were injured in these incidents.

The bomb blasts took place on August 25th 2007 in the gap of five minutes at Lumbini Amusement park and popular Chat Bhandaar, Gokul Chat which is three Kms away from it. Even after seven years of the mishap, the government is yet to settle the compensation fully to the victims.
