KCR Finds No SupportTelangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao was fuming on the Central Government for imposing 12% GST on the projects taken up by the state governments. The state government officials say this will bring an additional burden of 19000 Crore to the state exchequer.

KCR also threatened legal action at the Center. But then, he has found no support from the Chief Ministers of the other states. Experts say that Telangana government has taken up several projects simultaneously and so the burden is very high.

But it is not the case with the Chief Ministers of other states and so they are not very much bothered. KCR had already dropped the legal options and is now mulling to write a letter to the Prime Minister to consider lowering the Tax to 5%.
