The other day we have seen Telangana IT Minister K Tarakarama Rao hitting Prime Minister Narendra Modi under the belt saying that he is behaving as the Prime Minister of BJP ruled states. However Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao contradicted KTR on this issue and said that t Prime Minister Narendra Modi is “doing his best” given the “big agenda” of transforming India.
He went on to say the relations between the state and the center are good. On Modi’s one year in office, KCR said the principles of the Prime Minister, by and large “are not bad and he is in favour of the States.”
However KCR said that he is not happy with Modi’s government in certain things like not allocating coal for the proposed NTPC power project at Ramagundam despite several requests in the last one year. KCR also turned down the rumours of Telangana Rashtra Samiti joining NDA government. He clarified to press that it is not the agenda right now.
