As if the first round Operation Akarsha and Revanth Reddy’s Exit is not enough to bury TDP (TS) in Telangana, KCR is gearing up for one more round of Operation Akarsha on the party which may emerge as the final nail in TDP’s Coffin.
Until a few weeks ago, there were reports that TRS and TDP (TS) may enter into an alliance but all of sudden, there are rumors that the TRS chief has deputed his trusted lieutenant, Errabelli Dayakara Rao, to lure the leftover senior TDP leaders into the party.
Dayakar Rao was TDP Telangana president before joining the TRS last year. He still enjoys cordial relations with his ex-colleagues, which is why KCR has decided to utilize his services. TRS will be giving MLA tickets where there is no party representation.
If there is an MLA for the party in an are, the new joinees will be offered senior party positions and MLC posts in future. Revuri Prakash Reddy of Warangal, L Ramana from Karimnagar, Gandra Narayana Reddy from Warangal, Mandava Venkateswara Rao from Nizamabad, Kothakota Dayakar Reddy, and Sandra Venkata Veeraiah from Khammam are on the hit list.
