Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao earlier not used to meet the people and it has come under big criticism. Finally, he started meeting people from his new camp office. But then, these interactions of KCR have become a big headache for the Finance Department.

According to the liberal estimate, the Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhara Rao have showered sops worth 10565 Crore. Only for Shepherds, he announced a sop of about 5000 Crore. The scheme will benefit about 4 Lakh who live on sheep

Besides these KCR has made several promises to Anganwadi Teachers, helpers and VRAs by increasing their salaries. Fisheries, MBC Welfare, Promotion of deliveries in Government Hospitals, Kits to newborn babies, Polished Rice for Anganwadis etc have huge financial implications in the state.

Finance Department is of the opinion that such sops have to be controlled at any cost because direct promises by the Chief Minister should be honored. But then everyone in the government is hesitant to inform it to the Chief Minister. Who will bell the Cat? like situation.
