KCR Mid Term ElectionsFrom the last few months there is an intense buzz that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao may go for midterm elections to seek a fresh mandate from the people before the anti-incumbency sets in. But then, government sources say that the Chief Minister has dropped the idea and is going to have a full term.

Good Rains this year have filled up the rivers and the government estimates there will be no scarcity of water and power which will result in good crops. So the government expects that there will be no anti-incumbency against the government and going to early elections is just a waste of time and money.

The Chief Minister is now planning to put pressure on the Central government to ensure delimitation before 2019 elections so that the defected leaders of other parties can be accommodated in the new assembly seats coming up. Telangana Rashtra Samiti is currently 2-3 probable for each and every seat in the state.
