KCR Big U-Turn on Snap PollsAfter a lot of speculations and feelers of possible Snap Polls, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao dropped the idea. After having a marathon Seven Hours Brainstorming session with his Cabinet Colleagues, KCR decided against the idea.

We are told that KCR does not trust the BJP led Central Government and fears the Governor’s Rule once he dissolves the Assembly. It will be a huge risk losing the crucial time period of ruling as well as playing into the hands of BJP.

The CMO has planted leaks in its favorable media saying that the Chief Minister told the cabinet that all these rumors are mere speculations and there is no use with the Snap Polls. This Flipflop will now come in handy to the Opposition who will say KCR ran away scared of early elections.

That will mean Telangana will go to elections as per the schedule along with Andhra Pradesh in Summer 2019. On the other side, the huge public meeting planned for September 2nd will go as planned earlier. The ruling party is planning to congregate a massive 25 Lakh People for this meeting.
