Andhra Pradesh BJP Newly Elected President Kanna Lakshminarayana has scored a Self-Goal in his first meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi the other day. Kanna released a letter which claims to have been handed over to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Letter has 12 Pending Promises to the State and Kanna asked the Prime Minister to kindly approve them as committed to the citizens of the State. Going by the list, it appears that BJP has not done anything to the state as Kanna himself revealed that major promises are not approved so far.
This is in contradiction to BJP‘s claim that it has fulfilled 85% of the promises made to Andhra Pradesh. Kanna also removed ‘Special Status’ from the list which again means it will be a problem with the people of the State. Nara Lokesh has already ridiculed the same saying the list is as big as Qutub Minar.
The letter does not look like written something to his own party by its State President. This will become handy to TDP in the coming days to corner the Saffron Party. Definitely not a start for Kanna to his Presidential Stint but then he has no one to blame except himself.
