After a series of defections from YSR Congress to the ruling Telugu Desam Party. There is some sort of gap for the defections in the last few days much to the relief of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. However it may not last long sources say. TDP sources say more YSR Congress MLAs will be joining the party in Mahanadu.
The three day annual conclave of the party will happen on 27th, 28th and 29th of this month. Deputy Chairman of AP Council, Satish Reddy the other day hinted about 16 MLAs are joining TDP. Already 17 MLAs have switched their sides, if the 16 jump the fence, that will imply half of YSR Congress MLAs will be in TDP.
Also if that happens, Jagan Mohan Reddy may have to let go the hopes on the lone Rajya Sabha seat he is entitled to get. Jagan is eager to send his close-aide and partner in corruption case, Vijaya Sai Reddy to Rajya Sabha so that he can establish good relations for him and the party in Delhi.
