ys jagan bailA new hearing in YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Bail Revocation case has happened today in Nampally CBI Court. MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju, the petitioner in the case spoke to the media after the hearing today. CBI which is reluctant to submit its written arguments until now agreed to submit them by the next hearing.

The premier investigation agency asked for ten days’ time. This is an interesting development because the CBI has refused to submit its opinion on this issue at least two times. The court adjournment the case to July 26th giving the CBI time to submit its written arguments about the bail revocation.

“July 26th is going to be a very important date in this case. The judge assured me (Petitioner) to take a decision and deliver orders on this case irrespective of CBI files its counter or not. The CBI has opposed bail when Jagan is in Opposition. I don’t think the agency will ask for anything different now,” Raghu Rama Krishna Raju said.

Meanwhile, YSR Congress also intensified its efforts to get RRR disqualified.
