Meanwhile, AMRDA has called for tenders to construct a new building at the High Court premises in Amaravati at a cost of Rs 29.40 crore. It is being developed with a built-up area of approximately 76,000 square feet for 14 court halls, judges’ chambers, etc.

The building, which is currently being constructed with G + 3 floors, is planned as such to expand to G + 5 if required. Tenders or reverse tenders for the construction of the building should be submitted by the eligible companies from 16th to the 1st of next month.
