Former CBI JD and Janasena Leader, Lakshminarayana differed with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government’s idea of Decentralization with Three Capitals Idea. “Development will not happen with setting up of a few Government offices. It is important to decentralize Development instead of Decentralizing Administration,” he said to media.
“If that is the case, we can set them up in all the districts so that they can develop. Minimum Government, Maximum Governance is the motto of the nation. If that is the benchmark, the decentralization of Administration is not good. We should think about how we can decentralize the development,” Lakshmi Narayana added.
Janasena vehemently opposed the idea of three capitals as soon as Jagan announced it in the Assembly. However, Pawan Kalyan had gone missing since then and the party only released a Press Note saying that it will decide the future course of action after the Cabinet Approval.
Reports are that Pawan Kalyan is in Russia for Christmas Holiday.
