Janasena President Pawan Kalyan will begin the Rayalaseema leg of his Janasena Porata Yatra from December 2nd to 6th in Anantapur. There are allegations of Pawan Kalyan totally concentrating on Uttarandhra Region and Godavari districts where his Community (Kapu Community) is present in the highest numbers.
So, with this tour, Pawan Kalyan will try to rub off that allegation. Earlier, Pawan Kalyan announced contesting from any constituency of Anantapur district but later has been speaking about contesting from Uttarandhra and Godavari districts. He is likely to give clarity about that in this tour.
It has to be seen if Pawan Kalyan will clarify about his place of contest in this tour. On the other side, the Rayalaseema cadre of Janasena which is very disappointed with this neglect is finally happy with this decision of Pawan Kalyan. It has to be seen how many days the Janasena will be spending in Rayalaseema.
Anantapur has seen some excellent industrial activity post the Bifurcation. The State Government is also trying to address the water problems of the district to some extent.
