Rapaka Vara Prasad, the sole MLA elected on Janasena Ticket has met Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy a little while ago in the Chief Minister’s Chamber in the Assembly. After taking oath as the MLA, the MLA from Rajole met the Chief Minister and spent some time inside.
On quizzed by the media, Rapaka said it is formal visit and there is nothing to talk about. Rapaka earlier confirmed that he will remain in Janasena Party only. “My Number will be 152 if I join YSR Congress but if I am in Janasena Party, I will be Number One here,” Rapaka Vara Prasad said in an interview.
But with this meeting, Janasena Party supporters are worried if they will lose their sole representation in the State Assembly. Janasena Party just managed to win the seat of Rapaka in the recent elections with Pawan Kalyan himself losing from Bhimavaram and Gajuwaka.
This has come as a shock to the party supporters. 120 of the party candidates lost their deposits in 137 constituencies it has contested.
