Janasena Fields Candidate Against Nara Lokesh in the Last MinuteAfter sustained criticism about helping Nara Lokesh in Mangalagiri, Janasena Party has decided to field its candidate. Pawan Kalyan has taken this decision in the last minute and announced Challapalli Srinivas as the party’s candidate. Earlier this seat was allotted to CPI Party.

Pawan Kalyan has shocked the Communist Party by putting up the candidate while CPI candidate Muppalla Nageswara Rao. Janasena has handed over the B-form to its candidate last night and Srinivas will be filing his nomination today which is the last day for nominations.

CPI already had issues with Janasena Party as the party tried to change its candidate in Krishna district in the last minute. The party even threatened to pull out of the alliance at one stage. This latest step has become indigestible for CPI as there is a considerable communist influence in Mangalagiri.

Lokesh is taking on YSR Congress’ Sitting MLA, Alla Rama Krishna Reddy in Mangalagiri. Alla won the 2014 elections with just 12 Votes. Both Lokesh and Alla are already canvassing aggressively in Mangalagiri and with this last minute decision, Janasena Candidate will do a lot of catching up.
