janasena party recognised by ecThe Election Commission of India finally conferred the ‘Recognized Party’ status to Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena. This will clear decks to Jana Sena to contest any election with all its candidates having a common symbol. The official documents regarding the same were sent to Jana Sena office couple of days ago.

Jana Sena was announced by Pawan Kalyan just days ahead of the nominations time for the 2014 elections. After a grand launch, Pawan Kalyan stepped back from contesting the election due to lack of time and the common symbol. He extended his support to the TDP-BJP combine and campaigned for them vigorously.

Pawan Kalyan was totally disconnected from politics and is silently shooting for his films after the elections. He is seen no where except for his recent tour to Hudhud affected areas. It is widely publicized that Jana sena will be contesting upcoming GHMC elections with TDP and BJP. However we have to see if the party is ready for this. The co-founder of Jana Sena, Raju Ravitej is also said to be inactive in the party affairs.
