One big excuse the BJP Top Brass come up for not honouring the promises made to Andhra Pradesh is a faulty Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act. They say Congress did not have the Special Status in the act and that is the reason for all the problems that are arising to give Special Status to AP.
Jairam Ramesh who is the Master Mind behind that faulty bill came up before media and came up with an apt reply for BJP’s excuses. Jairam went on to say if there are errors or wrongs in his bill, he invited the government to come up with amendments to the bill to correct those errors.
“You are already in the majority in Lok Sabha. We will co-operate in Rajya Sabha. We already did that when you came up with an amendment to add the submerging mandals of Khammam to Andhra Pradesh. These are all nonsense and lame excuses to cover up the injustice they are doing for AP,” Jairam Ramesh said.
