Exactly in a week, the positions in YSR Congress have changed again. MP Vijayasai Reddy, who was confined to the responsibilities of party-affiliated organizations, was given back key responsibilities in the party.
To that extent, the responsibilities given to Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy were clipped.
Last Tuesday, the party’s regional coordinators and district presidents’ coordination responsibilities were given to state government adviser Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy and MP Vijayasai Reddy was given a namesake post which gave rise to the rumors of all is not well.
Chief Minister Jagan now handed over the responsibility of coordinating regional coordinators and district presidents to Sai Reddy.
Sajjala was given the responsibility of MLAs and media coordination.
Vijayasai Reddy on Tuesday released a statement in the name of YSRCP president Jagan saying that the appointment orders issued on the 19th of this month were partially changed. YSRCP headquarters released the same statement present in the tweet sometime later.
We do not know what pressure has worked on Jagan but this appointment only meant that there are two power centers in YSR Congress now and this will be a big mistake as each of them will look to score over the other.
