Jagan Trying to Poke Chandrababu’s Eye with Latter’s Own Finger?

YS Jagan - Governor ESL Narasimhan

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is raking up the issue of EVMs across the nation and is troubling the BJP led Central Government but then, Jagan Mohan Reddy is trying to push the issue on to Chandrababu itself. He met Governor ESL Narasimhan and complained to him about the safety of EVMs.

He asked the Governor to bring all the Strong Rooms under the control of Central Paramilitary Forces and also urged the Governor to withdrew all the State Government Forces. “The Web Live of Strong Rooms is currently given to Collectors’ Office and it should be given to Election Commission Office,” Jagan demanded.

Jagan brought to the notice how officials tried to shift the EVMs from the Strong Rooms in Nuzivid without intimating the YSR Congress Candidates and Agents. Incidentally, TDP also made a similar complaint that the EVMs are shifted without intimating them. Election authorities, however, said the equipment that has been shifted were either not used on the election day or defective.
