Jagan Tries to Ignite BC Sentiment Against Naidu in Kuppam

Jagan Tries to Ignite BC Sentiment Against Naidu in KuppamOpposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy addressed a huge Public Meeting in Kuppam earlier today. Kuppam is the constituency of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Jagan tried to push the BCs in the constituency against him. “BCs are the majority in this constituency but Chandrababu is denying them this seat since 1989,” Jagan alleged.

He also alleged that Chandrababu Naidu has done nothing to Kuppam in his 14 years tenure as the Chief Minister. “Only YS Rajasekhara Reddy brought Polytechnic and Degree colleges to Kuppam,” Jagan said. YSR Congress has congregated people from other constituencies for this meeting of Jagan.

Chandrababu Naidu is unlikely to campaign in Kuppam. He did not even file the nomination and some local leaders did on his behalf. Chandrababu won with a sensational majority of 47,121 votes the last time. Chandramouli who contested in 2014 elections is also the candidate of YSR Congress this time. Dr.Maddineni Venkata Ramana is contesting from Kuppam on Janasena Ticket.
