YSR Congress President and the Opposition leader in Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is planning to restart his famous Odarpu Yatra. It is known that Odarpu Yatra is the tour taken up by Jagan to console people who lost their lives following his father, the then AP Chief Minister YS Raja Sekhar Reddy. The tour was later used as launch pad and platform for Jagan’s political career. The yatra continued till the elections.
And now Jagan is planning to restart Odarpu Yatra but this time not for the earlier reason. He is planning to take up the yatra for the sufferers under the TDP government on various occasion. Jagan will begin the yatra from 15th of this month by consoling the families of people who lost their lives in a building collapse in Chennai. Jagan hopes to derive some political mileage criticizing government for not helping the victim families.
