Jagan-Reshuffle-CabinetElections in Andhra Pradesh are a little over a year to go. There is an air of anti-incumbency everywhere and the principal opposition is on the roads making it a bit more.

Jagan Mohan Reddy who is making tall claims of 175 seats seems to be worried now and is on to some desperate damage control. Sources say that he may go for a cabinet reshuffle after the MLC elections next month.

Three-four existing ministers may lose their place in the cabinet and the MLCs who will get elected in the elections may replace them. It is not yet known if others will get a chance as well.

Jagan reshuffled his cabinet in April last year and that means he is making changes in less than one year. Back then, there were talks that the cabinet is full of incompetent leaders, and looks like Jagan is of the same opinion now.

There are rumors that Roja, Ambati Rambabu, Taneti Vanitha, Adimulapu Suresh, and Jogi Ramesh are in the Risk Zone. If Jagan will allow others beyond the MLCs, Kodali Nani, Perni Nani, and Balineni Srinivas Reddy will also fancy their chances.

The current cabinet does not have a Kamma representation. This is the first time in history for something like that to happen. We will have to see if Jagan will induct someone from that community.
