Jagan to Get Favourable Judgement in Kodi Kathi Case?Hyderabad High Court has questioned the Andhra Pradesh Government why it has investigated the Kodi Kathi Case of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy when the incident happened at Vishakapatnam Airport. The court questioned why the case is not transferred to the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) and asked to file an affidavit on this.

If at all the court decided to hand over the case to NIA, it will come as a shot in the arm of the Opposition Leader who has been demanding a Third Party Agency Investigation which cannot be influenced by the State Government. The complainant YSR Congress MLA Alla Rama Krishna Reddy brought to the notice of the court that the place of his attack comes under Civil Aviation Protection Act which can only be investigated by National Security Agency.

He went on to say that the Andhra Pradesh Police who investigated the case out of their judiciary even as they fully know it is against the rules are also liable to be punished. On the other side, Jagan’s Padayatra is currently happening in Srikakulam district after covering all the remaining 12 districts of the state.
