Jagan's Three Capitals Dream Not Happening Any Sooner?Andhra Pradesh High Court had taken up another hearing of the petitions filed against the abolition of CRDA and the Administration decentralization. The High Court rejected the State Government’s request to lift the Status-Quo. The Court announced to extend the Status-Quo until 27th of this month, the next hearing of the case.

It looks like the Status-Quo will be extended until the High Court delivers the final judgement in this case which will take some time. That is the reason why Andhra Pradesh Government had approached the Supreme Court for relaxation. However, legal experts say that even the Apex court is unlikely to give a relaxation until the matter is thoroughly heard.

So, it will be the small and medium scale farmers that will be the most affected due to the Government’s decision. The farmers have rested all their hopes on the Courts to save their interests.
