Jagan Softens Stand Finally? Reports are emerging that the Exhibitors of Andhra Pradesh who have decided to shut down their theaters from August 6th in protest against Andhra Pradesh Government’s untenable ticket rates have now called off their protest.

The theatres will remain operational after signals have come from the government that their issues will be resolved after night curfew gets lifted later in August second half. The Exhibitors associations reportedly got such assurance by an important functionary of the government.

This will be a breather for SR Kalyana Mandapam and other films lined up for August 6th. If the rates issue is addressed and the night curfew is lifted in Andhra Pradesh, we will see biggies like Tuck Jagadish and Love Story releasing.

Hopefully there will not be a third wave like everyone is fearing. Telugu film industry has already suffered enough due to this pandemic.
